a, b, c, d and the rest of the alphabet as well - my feet are incredibly ticklish all over. My most ticklish spot varies, but I'd better hurry up and submit this answer, because if I think too long about how ticklish my feet are and where and about being foot-tickled, it might make me start laughing out loud...

It depends from person to person while some find it ticklish others actually use the thumb as an ****** zone for oral arousal.
Generally it's the area below the toes and above the lower sole that usually proves ticklish. but then it all depends on the individual.

My whole foot is ticklish, but as far as the most ticklish per square inch, there is no question my toes are the worst! If someone can manage to hold me still long enough to wiggle something between my toes it drives me WILD!
