The word Love is not so far well defined. In general we can take love as a feeling but care is an action.Care acts every where. We used to hear the following words regularly in our life which read as
1.Take care of my child
2.Take care of my luggage
3.My friend will take care of my tour in abroad
4.My dad will take care of my expenses.
These words are telling the actions and the faith we have on others.Love is between the two.But care doesn't have limitations. Here I can give you an example from THIRUKKURAL which says about friendship and ultimately that is the answer for care also.
"Like the hand, that goes to the rescue when a
garment slips from our body, stepping in to help when a friend faces adversity,is the true friendship".
Care may be a reflex action or slow action but care is an action and love is not an action.

There in no difference between love and care. When you love anybody automatically you tend to take care for them.It is like an inseperable bond. This bond exists between couples, parents, siblings, friends and the entire family. The love and care can go beyond the family too.

Caring is when you do things or feel things about something or someone and while the feelings may be genuine, it can be hindered by the actions of others.
Love is when you do things and feel things about something or someone and while the person may somehow hurt you, it makes no lasting difference. Love is indescribable; unconditional; a feeling felt not only from the heart, but from the soul.

Love includes care in it. But care need not have love in it.
Ex. A doctor might care about a patient but need not love the patient. Where as a lover cares for the love in all possible forms.
It could be parent caring the child, etc,.

Love is soft feeling and affinity towards a person or object, always influenced by emotion. Care is to ensure the person whom we love, is treated well and helped to fulfil his needs well ( basic, emotional, health etc).
A proximate example is liking flowers and feeding the plant with water and fertilizers.

Love is highest limit of care but it is not romance. Caring is taking care of basic needs of someone. Ensuring the basic needs are fulfilled. Whereas in Love you sacrifice your own belongings and your ownership to someone you care the most ( i.e., love).
