I can sleep with a low light on. It's actually not very good for you.

They did sleep studies and found people don't get nearly as deep into sleep as they should sleeping with light in the room! Interesting huh?

At the same time I absolutely HATE a totally pitch black room. I can live with the moonlight and starlight coming in. *S*

I could sleep pegged upside down to a washing line with someone shining a 5k film light in my face. Sleep is never something I have had a problem with.

Yes every night call it a phobia but I have to have a light on. I can't sleep without it fear of the dark I reckon!

I worked the night shift many years, You soon learn that you can and will sleep if the sun is on your face. A man has got to do what he's gotta do, Sleep, that is, so you can work another day.

depends how tired I am. I usually have the lights off but if I really wan to sleep I just crash on the bed

ya, when I need to sleep The light makes no difference to me whether it is off or on.
If You really want to do a work I think surronding makes a little difference.

If I'm tired enough, the house could come down around me and it wouldn't bother me. T.V., radio, lights, kids argueing, it doesn't matter, sleep will just take over.

Sometimes, when I'm off night jobs. After 18 hours of work, you don't care i it's day or night - you just want some sleep.
