Skip breakfast until you wake up...it's never a good idea to go to bed after having just eaten because your body has a harder time digesting the food when you lay down. When you get up, have something with protien, eggs and sausage, cereal with bananas, something good for you to counteract the "partying" you've done for the past few days.

I highly recommend my daily breakfast. A nice big glass of pepsi max with lots of ice. Really gets you going!
