i live in iran at the moment but i think the best islamic country is the UAE and if you are asking about africa, then i'd say Egypt.

There is no Islamic country in the true sense on earth. All the so-called Islamic countries just use religion for serving the interest of the ruling elites.
However, there are a few Muslim majority countries in the world. And it is a difficult question to answer which one is the best as some are better than the others in some respects.

Not easy to tell the best in Africa. Best from which side ? it can be Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia one of them.
