ERIS is one, and I believe SEDNA is the other, try Wikipedia and Google on those names.

Most recently discovered are there but they are not PLANETS . One planet has been dismissed from its status as everyone knows but there are couple other discoveries about mars and sun and stuff . Most RECENTLY discovered PLANET . Must be anyone of them from the 8 planets or pluto . there is no other planets discovered . But they found some asteroities planets which were named Sedna and Xena-UB210 others . They are not scientists but astronomers and astronauts .

Planets? In the universe or just our Solar system. Extrasolar planets (i.e. outside our solar system) are discovered on a fairly regular basis.
The names of the scientists - this is impossible to say as astronomers don't always expect to find anything. There's no project as such - planetary and other discoveries are more due to chance than specifically searching for such objects.

The panel suggests retaining Pluto and immediately adding three new planets to the nine that are familiar to any schoolchild: Ceres, currently considered a large asteroid; Charon, now considered a moon of Pluto; and Xena, a recently discovered object that is larger than Pluto
