Well my wife didn't want kids and I did. I knew going in that I still wanted them. We managed to not use appropriate methods to protect ourselves and on our wedding night, well........

We have a lovely daughter now. She said the same things about being a terrible mother, but she is pretty darn good at it, I admit though I do more then most men in the care of their children, but that is because she needs the help and why not take an active roll in your childs development and maintenance.

The problem is now I want another child and she is still reluctant. I am being as patient as I can, we shall see.

If I were not married HELL YES!!!! Why, because I don't want anymore kids. As it is said, Been there done that. NO MORE.

Because of another answer (Dr. DEE NOT KNOW ANYTHING)
Just because a person/people do NOT want children does NOT mean they cannot be trusted. Maybe in your DEE NOT KNOW ANYTHING world this might be so. But there are many many many good people out there who choose NOT to have children for many different reasons. This does NOT mean that they are not trust worthy. And I would TRUST THEM so much more than a self proclaimed DEE NOT KNOW Dr.

There are people who don't want kids, men and women. I suggest that you make sure this is something you find out right away when you are dating someone. If you marry someone that wants kids it will never work if you don't. There are allot of men out there that feel the same way you do. You just make sure you get one of them.

If a person dosen't want children I'd find out why. If they say just because I wouldn't because they don't know why. I think most people who don't want to have children are ego centric or selfish but they are wise to know this and say no I shouldn't be having children. I think two like this should pair up. They deserve each other.

yes. I married a woman who couldn't have children. I knew I couldn't handle being a father so we were perfect for each other.

sure I would, if I didn't want children; I applaud you for knowing yourself and what you want or in this case, don't want; I have friends with the same feelings you do and they have met and married spouses that don't want children either.

Sure. Children are wonderful, but not the main reason to be in a relationship.

yes, I don't care too much for kids, but in real life, so I was told, if you have a kid, it ends up being the best thing that ever happens to you.
