Righteous, pious only. whoever, has these wealth he will take with him after his death to heaven.
but who has worldly material, dollars, cars, luxuries, homes/houses, plane, ships few seconds after his death his hands will be empty. he will loose each and everything.

The richest person musn't be full of properties and money. One can be the richest person if he or she have happiness and a caring heart. I think that's enough for one to continue livng. Nothing can stop him if he doesnt give up himself. The happiest person will be the richest person in the world...
