The drugstore? You can ask a local, if you don't know the language, gesture it out to someone who looks friendly. International charades! hahah...
You can also use a man's razor, they may be more available, get one with a floating head so it follows the curves on the legs. And moisturizing strips, you can get some extra moisture by using olive oil...there is plenty of that in Italy! Clean up well so you or the next person doesn't slip in the tub.

Any supermarket, superstore, mall; they're nest to men's razors, usually with a different color (for instance, sometimes they're pink :); they mostly show the word "Lady" on the package.
