Open a "logeasy" (like a speakeasy, but for logging on). Users could visit, log on illegally, and stay on as long as they wanted (for a fee, of course).
I'd have a firewall server with constantly shifting I.P. addresses to confuse the regulators, slip a few bucks to a few government officials ... I'd make a freakin' mint!

More then two hours a day? More then two hours at a time? If it was a day then I'd spend more time reading my books, but if it was at a time with say 2 hrs off....I'd probably still read, but get back on.
