Make you drool excessively.
Make you waste your time doing nothing.
Make your brain function flat line (or TV does, anyway).
Make you think weird thoughts (usually after watching Tabloid TV)
Makes your vision worse (TV does).
Makes you have strange ideas about life and the real world.
Can make your social life non existent (if watched excessively).

No, I don't think that TV is a drug. It is addictive but it is not a drug.
