if you go to veoh.com you can use their software to download videos from just about anywhere on the web

ok u can use the above option or if u use IE to surf then it is easy. just see the youtube video first using IE. then click internet options in control panel or even in the IE toolbar then click on settings in browsing history. click view files and u can temporary internet files folder opens click on the size tab to get the highest size file in the top. u may choose ur video from there. just copy and paste to ur desired folder.
