Julius Caesar? Achilles? Hercules? Christ (OK he didn't have a sword)? What about Buddha? The Virgin Mary has probably more statues of her than anyone else, including probably the most beautiful statue in the world ("La Pieta" in St Peter's Basilica) - see below.

Joan of Arc also had a sword in classic pose ... although obviously not a bloke.

I would be surprised if it were not Jesus or a Chinese Samurai Warrior (due to advanced civilisation) were not top of the list though.
