The very first thing that came to mind was, I wish I had never picked up that first cigarette when I was younger. If I hadn't, then I wouldn't be struggling to quit right now. I had no idea (at that age) that nicotine was so addictive. When you try to quit smoking, you're actually trying to do 2 things, quit a habit, and quit an addiction. So if I had it to do all over again, I wouldn't even have picked that first one up.

There is just one moment in my life that I would change if I could, but its past tense now and you have to move on and let the regrets go or you can never move forward until you do, living in the past stops you moving into the future, its the one thing experience has taught me.

I try not to have regrets.....they are very negative and a waste of energy in the end. You can't turn the clock back so what's the point? You end up missing what's happening in the present.

You should never have regrets, just learn from your mistakes. No one can turn back time.
