You have lots of options, get yoour certifications, and/or get a degree, and specifically for networking (and associated programs) look at www.cisco.com/go/certification

One thing that's available for free is the Cisco Learning Connection:

There's also the CCNA Prep Center. This has lots of labs and simulations, videos on demand, practice questions, etc.
