Sounds like it's time to get a new computer! I don't mean that in a rude way, but really, any newer computer you get wouldn't give you that error after opening just 2 pages.

That's something that was very common for older computers.

Your problem is at least 3 fold. You do not have enough RAM to support the use you are making of your system, your HDD may be full and your virtual memory settings need changing. The first two are obvious to repair. The third is fixed by:
1 Click start/control panel
2 Click Performance and Maintenance
3 Click System/advanced/ performance settings/advanced/Change Virtual Memory
4 select system managed size, click set, close all windows and reboot

This sounds like your hard drive is full.... delete some of the programs that your not using...

to check this out go to my computer click on c drive to highlight it, then press your right mouse button, click on properties and it will show you how much room is left on the hard drive...

virtual memory is space on the hard drive that the computer uses to run programs faster, and it also uses it for defraging your hard drive
