If by "meaningful", you mean "full of meaning", rather than simply words that made you feel warm and fuzzy inside, then here's my answer.
Ernest Hemingway was once challenged to write a piece of fiction a mere six words long. Despite his mighty catalogue of prose, he considered these half dozen words to be the best thing he ever wrote.
"For sale. Baby shoes. Never used"
So simple yet devastatingly sad. Never fails to move me.

As far as meaningful, beautiful words, they'd have to be of the "I love you" variety. Not those three words, cos they're overused, but perhaps the eulogy from the funeral "Four Weddings and a Funeral", where he says of his dead lover "He was my North, my South, my East and West".
In the film "Donnie Darko", Drew Barrymore's character says the most beautiful-sounding phrase in the english language are the words "cellar door".
