How many people on Yahoo Answers, do you think, use avatars that don't reflect their true gender?

I never questioned anyones intelligence. I have only questioned peoples gender. why the hostility?

<~~~~~what man would want to look like that? I can't speak for SHE but my avatar matches my gender,hair,glasses,eye color,style, but not age or weight. I'm sure there are a few gender benders out there but it doesn't hurt anyone does it?

I guess some might but it looks like after a while of reading their answers one would be able to tell if someone was male or female.
I am female....I have 2 children to prove it.

Me for one. I have changed it now to Soo Catwoman but before I used Johnny Rottens picture. I changed it to a girl though because I was getting fed up of having to explain to everyone on 360 that I'm not a guy!

I have no idea, though why they would want to do that I really don't know, this woman is happy with herself and proud to be a woman so why hide the fact.

You could have a point....but i use my own gender and try to make it as close to myself as possible.
