Yes and it is really annoying. People star and vote for their "friends" and give thumbs down to people they don't like. Very childish.

No I haven't noticed but I have noticed that I run out of star only after a few hours of answering questions.....Makes me sad. I need more

I can't say that I have noticed it. I see a lot of stars on popular questions, mostly in polls and surveys.

Yes, I guess people just grew tired of the starring system, and it's showing itself to be a fiasco that it really is.
