Check if it says .d11 or .dll.
For .dll
As it only says change this could be due to a windows update.
This is merely informing you that the file has changed not that it is infected
For .d11
Posible spyware / adware
I think you will find that it is .dll and automatic updates or something similar has changed the length of this file.

Have you had any windows updates recently? It could be the cause. If your computer is up and running smoothly, yet you have done nothing wrong to your computer, and namely, you safely surf the internet, but you update windows with Automatic Updates, you are fine.
This, http://www.computing.net/security/wwwboard/forum/19188.html and this, http://forum.grisoft.cz/freeforum/read.php?8,67926,backpage=,sv= should explain.
I actually googled 'AVG shell32.dll' because I have the same ordeal. Yet, I am quite a safe surfer and it kind of freaked me out, too.
Note: This is for Shell32.dll, not shell32.d11.

I get the same error in AVG scans and afteward AVG says result: "changed". Does this mean AVG changed it back? Even so, in a couple of days it will reappear as needing to be changed. It seems that this causes my CPU to run at 100%! And I can't do anything with it until it's fixed. Seems to be related to Internet Explorer running at 100%. Does anyone know any way to permanently fix this?
