Can any one tell me what a adult baby is and what it intells like whats envolved and what they do

They want to regress back to the time when they were an infant. They feel it gives them a sense of comfort and security. They use infantile objects like diapers, rattles and cribs to re-create the experience of being a baby. They seek to find someone to act in a "mommy" or "daddy" role to participate in their fetish.
Diaper lovers are related but different: For them, the diaper is the object of interest. It may be a sexual turn-on. They wear it because they like the feeling of being in a diaper, and/or using diapers, and the excitement of doing something taboo and trying to get away with it. At least those are some reasons I am wearing one now..oops TMI?

I'd say all the trolls who post on these pages would be considered "adult babies,"....but I don't think that's what you're asking about. Other than that, I don't know. Although I've met people who'd qualify to be labeled that....

Its someone who needs alot of help! A grown person wearing a nappy who likes baby clothes, dummys, bonnets, etc and likes to be treated as a baby.

Adults who look for excuses for inappropriate behavior no matter what it is.
adult baby = endless blameshifting and irresponsibility equal to that of a child's behavior that may or may not have been corrected during their childhood. Regardless adults don't have an excuse to continue to behave like children but it happens often.
