I am going to guess your question is "when is the hymen formed? At birth or later? The answer is It is intact at birth.

Do you know what is the hymen or what it looks like? Bet you don't....you may say: either have you. I've been with six vigin girls in my lifetime..'ve seen it, done it, broke it. Pretty sure, they're all had one at birth...

amost every girl i born with them, but some (very very very few) might just loose it through sports, sometimes girls use i as an excuse. even more rare for a girl to not even be born with one. sometimes if she usees tampon they stretch and/or break the hymen and the other obvious reason is that you loose it when having intercourse.
