Short relationship: brake up and never talk about it and have a brother or sister.
Long relationship with or without kids. I would stay with them.

Brother & Sister means from same father & mother? If answer is yes and if you beleive in religion then it is not acceptable. So cut relation now. But if you are cousins then it is alright. Carry on.

its not that hard a question. if you love them then do the nasty. you should not feel bad about this.
it takes 5 or more generations of inbreeding to have any bad effects. so having children is okay. its only a societal norm because of this. just go for what you feel in your heart

I would break it off with them that way and divorce if it were a spouse and I would work on and love them as a sibling. Hopefully you did not have sex with this person as it is incest and if you have children with them it is a big deal.

you can love your Bro/Sis but then i'll be in a differnt form than before.Its better to have your loved one near to you be it a relation of Bro/Sis or the relation which you are talking of.
