I'm trying to use my new mp3 player and it's saying "no authority" on it. What do I do?

No authority Huh...????
well perhaps its memory is locked and have to be reset ed , so take it to legal dealer

make sure you are signed in pc as administrater, then find mp3 in 'my computer' and right-click icon, choose format/fat and ignore quick format............
