Fiat punto front screen misting up when heater put in hot position?

i suspect your heater core ( matrix ) is leaking a bit and it puts this mist on your windshield , have it replaced

the heater core is leaking the only fix is to replace it

it sounds like your heater core is bad, check your floorboards to see if they are damp or wet, if so, it's your heater core
