I am presently using a cable connection for internet and have to un plug my telephone each time I want to use the Internet.
Can someone tell me what I should purchase and how easy it is connect using a wireless connection [router]

Hi... the easiest way is that... you buy a ROUTER with WIFI, it can give you wireless connection in the radius of your house.... then if your PC doesnt support WIFI, you buy a Card for your pc to detect the WIFI connection produced from your ROUTER...thanks please rate my answer... goodluck...

very simple, you need a wireless router and a wireless adapter to plug into a USB port. there will be very easy instructions supplied,
You will also recieve filters which plug into your phone socket and allow you to use the phone and PC at the same time.

go with a dlink wireless router go to circuit city they will tell you everything you need just tell them what kind of pc you have etc
