It will be very expensive but using my method I guarantee a date with one, if not both, of them. Get a few kilos of cocaine and then make a line outside of their dwelling that leads from the entrance to the nearest fancy restaurant. Hopefully they will be coked out of their minds and will not care that you tricked them. Then order a bottle of Moet and a lettuce leaf for them to share and there you have it, a date with the Olsen twins. Another method would involve obtaining a fan of some sort and a van. Set the fan up in an area that you know they will be passing by and turn it on. Position the fan so that it will be blowing in to the open door of the van. When they walk by their light body masses will cause them to become airborne and hopefully science will be on your side and they will float gently in to the aforementioned van. If neither of these methods work than you are trouble because they would probably never talk to you.
