Website is any page on net created using different common rules called protocols , like HTTP , WAP etc.

While Blog may be a website with above form . But Most of the blogs use XML . This enables to opt many other options than simple publishing the pages like RSS , ATOM , FEEDs .

a website is ANY page on the internet.
a weblog is a DIARY people or organizations keep on the internet.
