i have chronic fatigue syndrome. ive read up on kinesiology a bit but not sure wether it would be able to help me

I have. I used AK (Applied Kinesiology) and it helped me a lot.

It helped me find that wheat gluten was causing my migranes.

I started eating whole wheat bread, and avoiding white bread, pasta, etc and My migranes went from having one every few days to having migranes about every 8-12 weeks.
