Have dell 720 printer. (Should have brought a diff make i know.).Purchased non dell refill but printer will not recognise.Any ideas, cheers.

can you get the original cartridges refilled? its a nuisance that we cant buy any other brand. how do you get your dell cartridges? i have to order online.

you DONT have to use their ink but you DO need to shop around for good quality ink though as you know [probably ]there are good and bad everywhere .the DELL printer will not recognise any other ink but it should work also i know plenty that its working for at the moment.
