Turn whatever it is into a game with a reward at the end. Let's say it's laundry, for example. As you do the laundry imagine you are getting closer to having a piece of your favorite dessert (as a reward).

Or, break-up into smaller chunks those things that you don't like to do. That way, it will seem like you are finishing faster.
