To find out where Clinical psychology is offered, you can use IDP Education Australia website to determine the course you want to study and which institutions that offer the course. IDP is an organisation that gives information to overseas students who want to continue study in Australia. Website is www.idp.edu.au. I have just entered 'clinical psychology' keyword in the course search and find out there are lots of unis offering it.
The quality and recognition of Australian universities are the same. Therefore you do not have to worry that your qualification is not recognised.
