...that pay you for making videos? I tried some, but I couldn't register because either I wasn't a resident of USA or I had to give my mobile phone number... etc. Do you know an honest site that would actually pay you for uploading videos you make to their site?

Yeah there are loads of job sites on the net. You can get paid to make video, serve drinks, clean toilets... you name it!
_Why_ would anyone want to pay good money for *unspecified* video clips when there already millions of free ones available? It doesn't make sense... it's like asking if there are any companies out there that want to buy some of my faeces.
