Logitech Driving Force Pro or Microsoft Wireless Force Feedback wheel.

A friend of mine has the Logithech Driving Force wheel connected to his PS2. There are also drivers for Winodws. Its connected through USB.
The Force effects are great and strong. You will need quite some muscle to go against the force feedback.

The Microsoft Wheel is for Xbox 360 or Windows PCs together with the Wireless Adapter.
The force feedback isn't as strong as the Logitech. But the gear switches are larger and a bit more ergonomic than the Logitech.
A great idea: The Microsoft wheel's pedals have a "hole" in the base, in which your heels rest. So, while other pedals are being pushed forward, while pressing the pedal, the Microsoft base is being kept in place by your heels automatically.
