Don't even consider handing in someone else's code as your own. You WILL get caught - your lecturers have the good sense to search the well-known source code repositories for duplicate code...
If you are simply looking for C++ code to look at _for_inspiration_ then go for it, but never, I repeat, NEVER plagiarise!

just copy this link and paste in address bar and you will get almost above 150 web sites which provide free source codes for projects and here you can find projects also.

try using any decent search engine with the appropriate queries rather than referring to a specific site.
This will get you the code for your problem rather than a list of codes which you may not need
