There are two answers to this question:

Relatively speaking: Every man should be moral so they may choose between right and wrong. Right being the choice that will promote humankind (keep people alive longer, make us happier, expand our race, etc.) while wrong is something that harms our species.

Universally: There is no reason why every man should be moral. We are a small part of the universe and our actions neither influence it in a positive or negative way. Every action we take balances its consequences out in some way. If you kill another man there will be infinite ripple effects that represent the balance (he wont cure cancer, there will be more food in the world, he wont pollute the environment, people will grieve, people will forgive.)

this is because the world as a whole has some form of moral standard, in the sense the most, if not all, people will have the same concept of what people should do. one of these things is have morals, as it is an unspoken rule that we abide by morals or face rejection from the rest of society.
