1. Marilyn never had a serious weight problem.

3. Marilyn did not copy Marilyn.
4. Marilyn did not have 3 men claiming her baby.
5. Marilyn did NOT overdose on drugs.
6. Marilyn was not forgotten after she was buried.
7. Marilyn grew up in foster homes.
8. Marilyn did not marry an old oil tycoon.
9. Marilyn was involved in politics.
I agree this is a very sad story, and she is very pretty, but a lot of people look like Marilyn when they wear their hair that way!
Now can somebody drive by Marilyn's grave in Westwood and leave some flowers there for her? Geez.
Is anybody else tired of seeing this comparison every time they turn on the TV?

Oh, she won Golden Globes! They were Golden Globes back then.
It was her involvement in politics that led to her demise. There is a new book about her that one of her real friends wrote, there is a lot of truth in it, it is not a lot of babbling by jealous people.
BTW, that grave site is a few blocks down from the veterans, it's very small.
SHE IS STILL THE BIGGEST STAR

Her grave is in westwood. I thought that was the old veterans gravesite. Yes I am tired of the comarison. What idiot decided to do this. You forgot one. Marylin is not someone that is ridiculed by society.

Ok-can we not make false statements?
1. Marilyn NEVER won an oscar, nor was she considered a serious actress, by any stretch of the imagination.
2. The only way Marilyn was ever active in politcs, was in bed with the Kennedy's.

4. Marilyn may not have had men claiming to father any children, although if you are trying to imply that she was more pure, I have news for you: she had several abortions (and miscarriages).
In her day, Marliyn was shunned by her peers-looked down upon as a mere sl*t. It wasn't until after she died, that she became larger than life. No, she wasn't Anna Nicole, nor was Anna Nicole, Marilyn-but their lives do parallel one another in many ways. Don't try to elevate Marilyn to something she was not.

I agree, there should be no comparison between Marilyn and Anna Nicole, they have nothing in common, the only reason she "kind of" looked like Marilyn was because she wanted to be like her and immitated her..

Anna Nicole Smith said that Marilyn was her idol and she wanted to die like Marilyn did. Anna herself started this whole comparison thing.

nicely they did look alike notably whilst Anna grow to be youthful. She surely worshipped Marilyn & wanted to be like her. yet one man or woman reported that Marilyn Monroe did no longer have platsic surgical operation , she did certainly. i admire Anna & might desire to comprehend her reason in the back of dying & who Dannielynn's father is. The only comparison is that they both were bleach blonde skanks....at least Marilyn was in some decent movies. Also, she married a famous baseball player, not some lawyer schmuck. I agree with you 100%
