the world is turning why cant we feel it ? am i crazy to say that when we get dizzy our sense of motion is right

This would be more appropriate for the "Physics" section, but what the hell. We can't feel the world spinning because we are in motion with it. In other words, we are spinning, too. Our spinning just happens to match the spinning of the Earth. Dizziness has nothing to do with this, it is a condition of the inner ear.
