If its a hit and run you shoulda called the police. If they "believed" you then ins co would have to also.
The ins co adjusters are usually well-trained in determining who-hit-who by the dent and/or other marks.
Call the ins company, take the car to the Mercedes dealer and hope that the bill isn't too high.
The only person you gotta worry about believing you is your mother!

If there is no damage, but just white paint (what they call a mar mark or a paint transfer), then paint thinner, lacquer thinner will easily wipe this right off with ease. Just follow up with a coat of wax to restore any lost sheen.
If there is damage, as in scraped paint, maybe a small dent or gouge. Then just call up the Benz dealership and ask them who they use for a " touch up paint company ". These guys service dealerships and make the used car inventory look new.
This will be the quickest, cheapest, best way to go for a simple fix even if its repainting the entire bumper. For these companies do everything from touch up paint on rock chips to repainting trim, moldings, mirrors, bumpers and some even get into doors, trucks, etc. Repainting entire bumper by these companies normally runs from $125-$350, depending on all that needs done.
If there is damage, as in the bumper is hanging, moved, shifted, pushed in, other items are broke. Then this would be insurance, body shop, etc.

Yeah, right! YOU are the hit-and-run driver if you hit a parked Honda beater. The Honda owner probably pissed himself; I would have.
With your disjointed English, I'd bet that you were driving a Honda, not a Benz, and backed into a Yugo.
Get ready to wear out your Manolos when she takes the Benz away.

Always tell the truth. Besides, I can't make heads or tails out of how you 'worded' the incident but make it more understandable even if you have to use model cars.
