You're confusing the term "vaporize" with the term "disintegrate" -- the planes did not vaporize, they disintegrated.
The plane that crashed in PA did not disintegrate and the "black box" was recovered.
The answer before mine explains the other reasons why the conspiracy theories are absurd.

They have many large pieces, several thousand personal effects and voice and data recorders. Here is my question to you, If you are assuming that it is all a hoax where are all the people that got on in Newark NJ? Are you assuming they are hiding and just not telling their families? How about all the personal effects including watches and wedding rings that the families have claimed to be of their loved ones. You are assuming Hundreds of people just decided to go along with this and leave their families to pesume they are dead and for what? So the evil GW can get oil? Grow up please.....................
