Someone just called me their stylophobic friend, by text - I want to know what the hell they are getting at before I resopnd.

there is no such word just looked it up in dictionary

It says that your friend means you are afraid of being out of style. It is not a real word though.

It's not a real word, but I suspect that it means that your friend is saying that you are perpetually out of style, ie afraid of being in style
