Word has it that she's really singing. As far as on her album, there are a million studio tricks to make her voice sound better. I've never seen her do anything live, but I would bet she lip-synchs. Who doesn't anymore?

Paris Hilton cannot sing. She probably lip-syncs her songs and has to double her voice in the recording studio.

her voice may possibly be eletctronically enhanced. there's no way her singing would be naturally good
