My son has three fancy mice. Two of them have mange-mites. We have already taken them to the vet, who advised us to treat them with SpotOn (a liquid medicine you put on the animal's back). One of the mice showed improvement, the other still has mites and I'm worried she will re-infect the others. What should I do?

Isolate the mouse that has shown no improvement. Completely clean all equipment with bleach water, and replace all bedding material. Retreat the infected mouse as per your vets instructions. Do not handle the infected mouse any more than necessary and wash your hands very thouroughly when it is necessary to handle her.
