so far it's been 28 hours and counting, can you sometimes function better without sleep, like you kind of go passed being tired.

I'm right there with you. I've only had a few minutes cat nap over the past day. I do get that surge of productively where everything seems to be working wonderfully. Then I think I must be brilliant!!!! Then I know it is time to let this body rest. ha,ha.

You have almost caught up to me. I am at 32 hours with out sleep and still have 7 hours till I get off work. Some times when I am up for more than 36 hours I can get to the point where I am to tired to sleep. I have to drop a few sleeping pills.

That's a long time -- I don't function well without at least 2 hours of sleep, I get the shakes

Yes, that is soooo me. For the past 3 weeks I've been getting an average of 4 hours of sleep, if that! I always end up going to sleep when the sun rises....

aw, i dont really think that is safe... its not good for you.... i once said i was going to see how long i could go with no sleep when i didnt have to work and then i had to work 9 days straight and i got about 3hrs sleep every night for some reason i couldnt sleep, not fun lol

You need to sleep Jon........Maybe you don't feel tired physically, but I doubt your reflexes are very sharp. So don't drive anywhere without getting sleep. That "white line fever" will creep up on you.

I used to do crazy no sleep bouts as well.... then i quit speed.
Yeah, like a "second wind" kinda thing. Sure, it might have to do with the time of day and stuff.

I hear yah.... Insomnia grabbed me months a go. Comes and goes. . .
~♥~ I feel bagged. Maybe I will sleep today when kids are at school

yes i did it for over an year, with the most sleep i got if i got any would be half an hour.

when i was younger i could do it now I'm 39 if i go a night without sleep i an buggered for a week
