Here's a link that will tell you that, through 2008.
This year, Passover begins sundown, Monday, April 2nd., and ends April 10th. (eight nights later).
By the way, observant Jews know that the day before Passover (Pesach) is the fast of the firstborn, for all firstborn males.
This ties in with the significance of the last of the ten plagues in Egypt.
The second link provides a lot of useful information about Passover customs.
Good reading for all non-Jewish people.
And remember, gefilte fish ALWAYS tastes better with lots of horseradish sauce!

I'm not sure if you are asking when passover ORIGINALLY started, or when it is starting this year. SO I'll give you both answers.
Passover's origin is from when the Hebrews were slaves in egypt. G-d used Moses to bring 10 plagues down on Pharoh and his people, while the Hebrews were spared from them. The plagues included:
(Exodus 7:14-25) rivers and other water sources turned to blood ('Dam')
(Exodus 7:26-8:11) reptiles (commonly believed to be frogs) ('Tsfardeia')
(Exodus 8:12-15) lice ('Kinim')
(Exodus 8:16-28) Either flies, wild animals or beetles ('Arov')
(Exodus 9:1-7) disease on livestock ('Dever')
(Exodus 9:8-12) unhealable boils ('Shkhin')
(Exodus 9:13-35) hail mixed with fire ('Barad')
(Exodus 10:1-20) locusts ('Arbeh')
(Exodus 10:21-29) darkness ('Choshech')
(Exodus 11:1-12:36) death of the firstborn ('Makat Bechorot')
After the 10th plague, Pharoh allowed the Hebrews to leave captivation. They then went out into the desert in search of the promised land (the land of milk and honey).
Every year, Jews all over the world celebrate passover, to commemorate how Moses let our people out of Egypt and out of slavery.
Every year, the actual calendar date (as we know it) is different for the start of passover. Hebrew holidays are based on the Hebrew calendar, which is vastly different than the one you and I use in every day life.
Passover is an 8 day celebration that starts at sundown on the 15th day of the Hebrew month of Nissan.
This year (2007) Passover begins at sundown on April 2nd, and ends at sundown April 10th.
