I am a PA resident and I've been working in NJ for about 6 months.
I know I have to complete both NJ and PA state tax return form. The question is do I have to report what I earned in NJ to PA ?

Yes. Your state of domicile -- PA in your case -- is entitled to tax all of your income from all sources world-wide. NJ is only entitled to tax the income you earn in NJ. PA will give you a credit for income tax paid to NJ on your PA return.
