Hi I want to take my partner away for a suprise weekend, she is into music & I just want to do something really special for her although I am slightly limited on budget I can go up to about £300. Any one got any ideas I just want to give her a magical weekend you know! Any suggestions will be appreciated! Thanks!

Glasogow had some really good clubs, like the archers, they have top acts visiting all the time and the hotels are very nice
or if you want a weekend of it, try haven, i know its a holiday park, but they do top accomodation and have good cabarets all the time, just check the website, they have alot of motown tributes that are very good, try devon cliffs as they do pamper days too, and its a nice park to go to for the wknd, prob hit your top end of budget, but at least you have a weekend of it

Going to see a show and night in a hotel after are always very nice - not sure where you are but there are some fantastic shows in London at the moment (We Will Rock You etc). Can always arrange for flowers etc in the room to make it extra special. What ever you do tho im sure she will have a lovely time.

if you look in the newspaper (i THINK it might be the times) well in any newspaper, you can get pretty good priced deals on to see bands, and get a coach there and Bed and breakfast, otherwise if you live anywhere near Sheffield, (loads of good bands on at the arena) look for a band she likes on a particular weekend, and you can use the premier travel in which is very cheap but lovely (my boyfriend and I used the same hotel when we went to see Oasis and the whole weekend cost us around £120)

pick a band or singer she is in to
then take her to see them in concert, with a lovely hotel room, champagne etc
that is a really nice gesture! She will love you for it!

your budget will determine were to go.
there are good places you can take her to with what you have.
