Sounds like either Diabetes or the ole ticker going out. Well you need to go have a MD checkup. But if not then somehow you should get a diabetic check. Your info is too vague also. But check this medical site out.

I answered this for you before, but I'm going to again, please get seek medical attention...especially if it feels like it's spreading upwards... of course, it's been a few hours and you're still alive, so I guess it might not be that bad, but you if it is gullian barre syndrome, it can be serious.
