As Good as it Gets stars Jack Nicholson, and Helen Hunt, two completely different movies that a lot of people get mixed up..

In 2003, Nicholson starred in 'Something's Gotta Give' as an aging playboy who falls for the mother (Diane Keaton) of his young girlfriend.
It is not to be confused with 1962's version.

Something's Gotta Give (2003)
Harry Langer (Nicholson) is an aged music industry exec with a fondness for younger women like Marin (Peet), his latest trophy girlfriend. Things get a little awkward when Harry suffers a heart attack at the home of Marin's mother Erica (Keaton). Left in the care of Erica and his doctor (Reeves), a love triangle starts to take shape.
A young man (Keanu Reeves) plays a doctor caring for a man (Nicholson), who suffers a heart attack at the house of his young girlfriend's mother (Keaton). While there, the elder man falls in love with the mom (Keaton). The doctor also finds he has an attraction to her, despite their age difference.
Sixty-three year old Harry has a reputation for dating girls a third his age. Taking Marin, his latest belle, back to her beach house for the weekend he is taken aback when her mother Erica unexpectedly turns up. Suffering a heart attack while romancing Marin, Harry finds himself housebound with Erica his nurse and only companion. As they grudgingly get to know each other something starts to stir, though as the hosptital doctor who treated him has taken a shine to Erica, Harry could have serious competition.

Something's gotta give, as you already know but just wanted to say that I saw it a couple of weeks ago and thought it was brilliant. Made me laugh and cry, a feel good movie.
