Most of the ladies are not wearing correct siz bra,
so pls give me tips about this,
how to know what is our bra size?any web size or way to know that....... and any bras can help breast growth...

Is this a philosophical question? Or just a trip down mammary lane...tee hee
Take measurements, then you know what size (diameter). As far as cup size it's a matter of trying them on & seeing what fits. Yes I've heard that most women don't have the right size. You can always go to a lingerie store & have someone help you with a fitting.
I don't know of a bra that helps with breast growth! If you can invent one you could put plastic surgeons out of business & become a millionaire! Tee hee! There are bras that will make you look bigger (with padding etc, or push-up bras which push them together & give you more cleavage). The best way to find a good bra is to try a whole bunch of them on & see which one you like.
A lot of women these days are obsessed with their breast size. I know two people that have gotten boob jobs. Personally I would never do that! I'm happy with what I have. Not too big or too small. Just right. I'm a 34B. Some women have surgeries & end up looking like cartoon characters with DDs! It's not healthy. I blame the media for bombarding us with unrealistic images of women.

For a bra length the cup of the female is the two a b c d and bigger. the 34 36 38 is the degree maximum appropriate below her boobs. some so in case you have a 34 b meaning the cup is b and the degree is 24. gown length is in hassle-free terms a variety like rather small could be a 0. and then it is going up from there 4 5 6 7 8 and to a lot bigger sizes. nicely wish that facilitates. to any extent further questions basically ask. : )

They are changing from time to time in a years, months, weeks and even in a day of different Hours. When you are asking about the tips for breast growth, why you are asking the sizes of bras i dont know.

Since this is in the philosophy section, Ill treat it as a philosophical question.
It's because the tightness of the skin, and the hangings of the mammaries bring one closer to the eternal question of truth and the breaking down of reality for the individual.
After all, if its tight, Id imagine youd want to think about somethin else for a while.

It is mostly by trial and error method one finds a correct size. Initially it may be difficult but after few months/years one could find the correct size. It is not an unsurmountable problem to be discussed in the network

they shud try in the trial room for the correct size if they are not wearign the correct size. bras cannot help in the growth of your breast. u can use breast enhancers or a padded bra to make it look bigger if u really want to. also chances of it growing is if u sleep ur face and face downward towards the bed.

Once a lady asked salesgirl to give correct bra. The Girl offered one bra . this size is big lady answered.
She asked another one , the Girl shown her many , each bra offered to her had bigger size.
Ultimately Salesgirl asked are they boobs or plum.
You need to choose your correct Bra yourself.

Using bra is not good for any lady.(ladies)
Ignorance is the reason for ladies going for bras.
My mother or grand mother or great grand mother did not were any bras at all.
